WHERE & HOW WE WORK
Curvy Kate HQ is based at
The Atrium in Uxbridge, NW London.
We have hybrid working and everyone in the team has the autonomy to choose where to work, with a Hot Desk system to book time in the office.
Our core working hours are 10am to 3pm (or FF to JJ o’clock) with a flexi-hours working policy around this, so everyone can meet the needs of their work life balance when necessary.
We believe in open communication across the company.
Our monthly online Breakfast Meetings allow every department to share their news from the past month and plans for the upcoming weeks.
Everyone comes together for our 90 Day Company Meetings, to review performance and plan the next quarter.
And no Curvy Kate get-together is complete without some cake, a few drinks, pizza and maybe a bit more cake!
