We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Design team for 20 hours over 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will be someone that will align with our business core values which are ‘wow the customer’, ‘always be better’ and ‘work as a team’. About the role:

You will be working within our Product Design Team at our Uxbridge Headquarters, reporting into our Head of Product, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Undertaking administration tasks to support the daily & seasonal processes within the Product Design Department
  • Responsible for the receipt, sending & tracking of all Departmental postage in & out
  • General departmental filing and maintenance of Colour, Product & Material Libraries
  • Arranging room bookings, liaising & greeting external visitors for departmental meetings & fit sessions
  • Review, record, track, display & write factory feedback of seasonal photoshoot, salesman & key account samples
  • Support pre-production processes and handling of Goldseal samples for Production inspections
  • Support internal fit testing process for new launch products
  • Support colour submission process with daily filing & feedback to factories
  • Data input & maintenance using Excel and Product Data Management system capturing sample & fit tracking and seasonal product information
  • Consult with relevant company departments and maintain good levels of communication via email, video calls and online chat forum

 

About you:

  • Exceptional organisational skills both computer based & physical filing
  • Experienced use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • An enthusiastic approach to administration and following processes
  • Task-orientated who enjoys starting & completing to a set deadline
  • A passionate, proactive team player
  • Excellent communicator, who enjoys a team and office environment
